We have a large enough selection of canoes, kayaks, and SUP’s to make choosing your boat more daunting than buying a car, but take heart – you’ve come to the right place! After determining your current and future paddling interests, your budget, your physical size (face it, we all come in different sizes and shapes) and the cargo you intend to carry; we can usually narrow the choice down to a boat or two. This is what “Specialty Store” is all about!
This information comes from an offline database and may not be up-to-the-minute current. Each page is date stamped at the bottom. Please contact us at (717) 957-2413 for current information. We provide links directly to our PDF files and links that will open Google Docs Viewer. Google Docs Viewer does return blank pages occasionally, if that happens please try refreshing the page.
Notice about PDF Links and Google Docs Viewer.
We have changed our links for desktop and IOS users to open our Inventory PDF files directly. It seems that Google Docs Viewer is returning "blank Pages" more frequently. If you are using Chrome for Android and getting a blank page please try refreshing the blank page and repeat if necessary, it will eventually cooperate. Sorry for any inconvenience.
If something appears to be wrong with our inventory pages please do not hesitate to email us at email@example.com or call us at (717) 957-2413 to leave us feedback or to ask any questions.
BMO began primarily as a canoe shop until the “kayak craze” hit. We’re still canoeists at heart, and stock a wide variety of canoes for different paddling styles and purposes. Solo, tandem, or family, we’re sure to have the right one to get you on the water!

Even though paddlers have been standing up in canoes for years (and lately in fishing kayaks) we know there’s an increasing interest in standup paddleboards. Whether you’re looking for a fun core workout, a yoga platform, a different way to stalk fish, or just cruising on the water, we have a variety to choose from.

Just to make sure you get what you need, we have a Rent-to-Buy program. Rent a boat for a day or a weekend, purchase a similar boat within 30 days, and deduct one day's rental price from the purchase. Gather a few friends, rent a few boat variations , and play musical boats on the way down the river. There is no better way to sort out the differences! We don't have every model in our rental and demo inventory, but we have the touring and recreational lines pretty well covered. For more information about renting, see our Canoe and Kayak Rental page. Sorry, we don't rent whitewater boats.
Touring and Recreational Canoes, Kayaks, and Stand-Up-Paddle Boards: $10 per person per boat, 10 minutes per boat, up to 3 boats.

After Covid-19 ran amok in 2020 we have been having a hard time keeping boats in stock due to high demand and slow production; with that being said we won't be having a Demo Day for 2021. We're sorry and we hope for better luck next year.
